WHY AND HOW GOD CREATED MY BODY-$16.95 (Ages 10 and up; 71 pages) Students will go through a study of the eight systems of the body using a conventional textbook on physiology or medicine. Students DEFINE, EXPLAIN, and ILLUSTRATE the major vocabulary words in each of the eight sections. They then use religious writings or their scriptures of choice to study the spiritual physiology of their bodies. An introductory section discusses the different kinds of cells in the body and the miraculous functions of each individual type. An allegory about "The Magic Brick" illustrates in story form the body's incredible "intelligent cells." A final essay and general written exam checks the student's knowledge at the conclusion of the guidebook. Here is part of the introductory information: "The Reproductive System is the most sacred part of your body. It is this system which God has allowed us to use for helping Him create bodies for His children. This part of your body is to be studied with care, tenderness and reverence, and with a spiritual understanding under the guidance of your parents….You may find it enlightening to study the vocabulary words associated with this section. You will notice that these do not refer to your personal body parts, but instead refer to the proper use of your reproduction system, to fulfill the commandments you have received from your Heavenly Father. Write your thoughts and feelings and keep them in your personal journal."
